Your application is always voluntary. In order to carry out the application process, we require at least the information specified in the job advertisement.

3. For what purposes and on which legal basis do we process applicant data?

We will only use your documents and details to process your application and will not pass them on to third parties. This data processing is permitted for the initiation of an employment contract in accordance with § 26 BDSG.

4. Recipients of data

In-house, only the HR department and the relevant specialist department for which we have advertised the position have access to your applicant data. The accounting department receives the reports required for tax processing. We work together with verified service providers for our homepage on the Internet and our means of communication. We have concluded data processing agreements with these service providers.

We do not transfer your requests to third countries or organizations outside the EU.

5. Storage duration

We delete your personal data according to the following criteria:

• We will delete your application data after completion of the application process or after a maximum of 6 months if we have not received your consent for longer storage and an employment contract has not been concluded.
• If we have covered the costs of your travel to and from the job interview, we are obliged to store the data relating to your arrival and departure for the duration of the retention period. We will delete this personal data at the latest on expiry of the statutory retention period (Section 147 (3) AO), i.e. after 10 years, starting from the date of departure.
